Brand identity

Every mark,
drawn by hand.

Each of these identities began the way all of Mary’s work begins: with a pencil, a sketchpad, and a genuine understanding of the business behind the name.

A sheet of eighteen hand-crafted brand identities arranged in a grid, including Aqua Balance, Eventing Nation, Honeytree, Snarky Bark, Show Stable Artisans, Coyote Spring Farm, Dark Horse Chocolates, Coyote, Ferme Olivier Hill Farm, Hunt Country Canine, Asanté Equestrian, CB Arenas, Kingsbury Harriers, Middleburg Hounds, Home in The Plains, Mr. Print, and Hansen’s, each rendered as a circular or rectangular mark in a curated layout with the merry design monogram at the bottom.
A curated selection from the logo portfolio, arranged by Mary.

Process

Logo design at merry design is never a templated exercise. It’s a process of immersion — understanding who you are, what you stand for, and how to distill that into a single mark that carries your story.

Each identity is hand-crafted, hand-sketched, and designed to endure. Some are whimsical, some are heraldic, some sit quietly in a roundel on a stable door. All of them began on paper.
